My RV Sewer Hose does it have to be elevated off ground if a good angle and good donut tight at connection?

The RV Resort I am in says it is a Clark County Law that it be elvated off the ground. They say I can buy hose holder unit at camp store to do this. I have HD hose and air tight connection at sewer hose inlet. I have never had this problem in any other state.

1. Bob, I believe it's true. Last year in Tucson at a Monaco rally we were told the same thing.

2. Just let the sewer loss at the RV Park floor. Vegas is full of crap anyway.
