How much should I rent out my RV shop for?

I just went through a divorce and won the house and RV shop right next to my home. It is huge. It can fit two big movie star RV's in it. I have a couple people intrested in renting it out for storage. How much should I charge? I would like to make a extra money from it since I am not using it.

1. Maybe $10,000 but if you think that's too high, then do about $5,000!

2. you can charge them whatever you agree on but; ask them what are they wanting to store first! start with a 10x10 space and increase the first number by 10 ie 20x10,30x10, or take the space of the rv shop divide it in half build a false wall and rent out both sides for double the income, if you want to get creative sub divide the space 4x, i would say $200 a month to start
