My RV was totaled in Mexico how do I get another one in Mexico legally?
When in Mexico about 8 months ago my RV was totaled. Its was towed and the towing fees were more then it was worth. I gave it to a guy in Mexico and he pad the towing fees for the camper and took it. Now, I want to bring in another RV. I now realize the one car rule. How do I get around it? Thanks.

1. You should have turned it into the local Aduana office and they would have removed your sticker
Good luck but don't think you'll have much
2. You can bring in another on another vehicle family member's name (like your wife's) if it's registered in her name and she's with the vehicle.
3. you cannot, if your initial importation permit has expired without it being properly canceled, then you will have to show that the vehicle was scrapped, you must show the documents from an accredited scrap yard, or you must pay the import tariff, regardless if the vehicle still exists.
