we let some guys stay in there motor home on our property in exchange for work on house.?

now they wont move there motorhome off my driveway they have been paid and wont leave no rental agreement or anything just letting stay in exchange for parking motor home in driveway

1. Call the police.

If they're done working on the house, and if you've paid them, they should have no reason for hanging around any longer.

2. You need to call the police and charge them with trespassing.

3. Check with the local police. Ask them if you can post a no trespassing sign and if they do not move, can you have them arrested. If this doesn't work, give them a written 30 notice to move. Date the notice, sign it, take a witness with you who will testify in court if necessary, and give it to them. If they do not answer the door after three tries, post the notice on the door with adhesive tape. If they do not move after the 30 day notice start an eviction process in small claims court. When you win your case, the sheriff will enforce the court order and tow the trailer away.

4. This is a police issue, they are trespassing. If they are not in the trailer when the police come ask to have it impounded.
