2. A regular foam mattress, created only when you place the order, is advantageous for many reasons. Most notably the comfort factor, but custom foam mattresses are also reasonably priced. Depending on the density of the foam, the brand name, or the thickness of the top layer, expect to pay a minimum of $1,000 for a custom foam mattress.
