why do some rv parks , campgrounds. rv resorts, or mobil home parks charge a tax on monthly rental fees and some dont. this is in florida and i know it has nothing to do which county your in

1. Sounds like a property tax. They might collect it for you as a separate fee from the space rental while others might make you deal directly with the county to pay it.
