Plugging in an RV to a house with a 110v adapter?

We're renting an RV to drive out of state to visit family. A critical question I forgot to ask the guy who is renting the RV to us - will we be able to plug the RV into a standard home outlet? The rental guide says it comes with a 110-adapter, but it doesn't say how many amps. I'm not sure the house we're visiting has anything but common wall outlets, the kind you plug a TV or hair-dryer into. The rental office is closed today, so I can't call him, and we're leaving Monday. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks!

1. Im pretty sure it should be ok, we plug our travel trailer into our power all the time.

2. Look for a label or plaque that indicates the cord's maximum capacity.

Our family camper truck had a regular (but heavy) 110V cord on it, to support the small fridge, TV, and a space heater. We just plugged it into a standard wall outlet in the garage when we were home.
