king pin size recreational VEHICLE 5th wheel?

1. I'm not sure what your asking. There are different ways that RV trailers connect to vehicles. I have had both Dodge and Ford tow vehicles. Both had factor installed "balls" 2 5/16 that dropped into the hitch mounted to the frame under the center of the truck bed. The trailer had a coupler that connected to the ball. I've also had a truck style fifth wheel, that was bolted on top of the bed. It had a standard "2" kingpin rated for 16,000 pounds. The kingpin was mounted on the trailer "arm" which was angled to give turning radius. Your best bet is to consult with either the RV dealer or your tow vehicle dealer to see which one you need. I liked the "ball" system, because when your not towing the trailer, the bed is much easier to use, with out the fifth wheel in the way.
