Is possible to file a Declaration of Homestead on an RV?

The RV (recreational vehicle) is being used as sole and primary residence. Would it be treated in a similar way as a mobile home in a mobile home park, where the mobile home owner does not own the actual land under the mobile home?

1. No. Since an RV has it's own motor, it can NEVER be titled like a trailer would be.
