Is driving a motorhome to visit sights a viable activity in Dubai ?

I understand Dubai is very progressive in that they want to create a country with all of the modern amenities and convienances.

Do any people travel around in Motorhomes or RVs in Dubai ?
If not, are there any plans to incorporate RV parks near tourist areas so people who enjoy traveling via recreational vehicle travel can do this ?

1. Dubai is a wonderful city, I went there, it's fantastic but RVs will be considered Odd (Or lets say rare)
Because:
1-Dubai is too small and somehow crowded (Even though roads are wide enough)
2-There is no natural sight seen like mountains or forest, it’s an artificial city.
3- Modern City top car models all around
4-RV idea is still unacceptable there, with all these hotels and spas all over the place
5-Many places would be inaccessible for an RV, some places you need to walk so you can reach, this will require you to park about two miles away from where you are aiming to.

But why not you may invent something, about services, gas stations services are great so dont worry about it.
