Free Motorhome/RV Return or Rental?

I've heard that some Motorhome / RV hire companies pay you to return their motorhomes from one depot to another - just wondering if anyone has information on this? We are doing a cross USA trip and it would be ideal for us as we are on a budget

1. I'm in Australia and we have www.standbycars.com.au that have opened up in America. They have a few return vehicles if you look at their hot deals but one usually has to pay for some of the fuel and insurance. The thing with returns is you have very little time to get them back to the destination so there is no time for much sight seeing.Get in touch with any of the companies that hire motorhomes and ask them if you can do some returns for them.
