RV rentals? ok so me and my friends are planning on renting an RV and driving to florida. we dont care about gas or anything, just how much would it cost to rent an rv over spring break oh yeah theres about 8-9 of us, so like how much?

Should I take my SUV or a rental RV up the Alaska Highway through Canada in May? I am considering driving to Alaska for fun before the summer traffic starts. May seems like the best time to go. I have a newer SUV or can rent a big RV for half price since I am really transporting it for the rental company. I've done it before from Arizona to Virginia so I know that RV. What I would like to know is can I expect to get there without damage to my own SUV or the RV? Damage by rocks or bad road conditions? Anybody Know How Much is Needed in Gas for an RV Roundtrip from LA to Atlanta? We're making a movie and will drive the 5-man (actually, four men, one woman) crew to Hotlanta for the shoot. We'd like to know from any expert RV'ers out there in TV Land about how much we'd need to spend in gasoline from here to there (about a three-or-four-day trip in probably a rented RV from CruiseAmerica or some other RV rental place). And the size of the RV would be a pretty big one, I guess, if we're taking five peeps with us. Oh, by the way, it would be about 6-8 days driving both ways, total.

From Phoenix to Grand Canyon in RV Rental? Any suggestions? We'll be flying into Phoenix for a convention. After it's over, I would just love to coordinate renting an RV to tour around a few days and see the Grande Canyon. Any suggestions? I'm wondering if there's an easier, logical way to do this. We likely would be picking up a rental car at the airport on arrival so we can get to the convention hotel and get around for a few days. When the convention ends we would need to either drive to an RV rental in Phoenix then return the car and go on to the GC or keep the rental car and go to GC and rent an RV or Cabin there. I am thinking about opening a camp site for people with RV's and I wanted to get some feed back of what people are looking for, if you were to go to one. Plugging in an RV to a house with a 110v adapter? We're renting an RV to drive out of state to visit family. A critical question I forgot to ask the guy who is renting the RV to us - will we be able to plug the RV into a standard home outlet? The rental guide says it comes with a 110-adapter, but it doesn't say how many amps. I'm not sure the house we're visiting has anything but common wall outlets, the kind you plug a TV or hair-dryer into. The rental office is closed today, so I can't call him, and we're leaving Monday. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks!
